Company: Tiger
Model: 7-480
Year: 1979
Power: 4 AA batteries
Notes: Although Tiger is much more widely known for their handheld LCD games, this LED edition was their earliest entry into the electronic baseball game market. Along with the typical features of these types of games, Tiger's baseball game also adds the exciting ability for the batter "to step out of the box" and "take warm-up swings!"
This one was $29.99 at Cooks or about $96.43 in today's dollars.

These guys on the flap of the box are apparently more interested in playing Computer Baseball from their picnic table high above the right field stands than watching the actual game below. |
